Another winter of snowshoeing is here!

November 21, 2011 - Our earliest day of snowshoeing yet! Thanks to the Adventure World agents from Australia for making this such a fun afternoon in the snow!

It's still Winter at Sunshine!

Even though spring is slowing releasing its icy grip in the valley bottoms, it's still full on winter on top of the World!

Feb. 21- Change in the weather but lots of fun in the snow!

The wind was howling at the top of the lift when we got off but once we got down a little bit, it was nothing but fun!

Feb 20 - Another sunny day!

2nd day in a row of perfect weather!

Compare the display with the 2 dudes beside it. 12 years later, no change!

Feb. 19 on Top of The World! - The views are endless!

Feb. 19 and 20 were incredible days in the Sunshine Meadows. Sunny and not a breath of wind. Could have sat in the sun all day!

Snowshoe at the Continental Divide - Feb. 15 - Something different

On Feb. 15 we visited our other snowshoe location with a group from Keystone Symposia. This site is situated on Hwy 93 S right at the Continental Divide and is almost as much fun as Sunshine Village! Deep forests, lots of snow and 2 beautiful lakes.

Snowshoe Visit to the Cariboozer - Feb. 10, 2011

Today we checked out the new snow with one of the management teams from the Banff Lodging Company. Not much sunshine but even more snow than last week! Along the way we stopped for a visit with the Cariboozer. He (or maybe it is a she) was happy to see us!
